Purchased Vacation Feedback
We hear you loud and clear over the Purchased Vacation being canceled! Historically, anything negotiated concerning vacation changes would be effective on the first of the following year. After all, some people have already used the time and the opportunity for others to use it is now gone, according to the company. We have asked, and will continue to ask, that management leaves the purchased vacation in place until January 1, 2016. The loss of man-hours on the job is a hug.e
